Strategy is not finished when the deck is approved. It remains a loop between intention, evidence, action, and revision.

The strategy loop

  1. Assess: Examine the current position, relevant changes, and the constraints blocking progress.
  2. Define: Choose the outcome and decide what not to pursue.
  3. Plan: Turn the direction into owned initiatives, milestones, and risks.
  4. Execute: Do the work while protecting attention from unrelated demands.
  5. Measure: Compare the result with the intended outcome and use the evidence to begin the next cycle.

Faster cycles are not automatically better. Run the loop at the speed required to learn without making the evidence meaningless.
