Leverage
Don't ask the organization to 'give' you more. Create so much value that they 'cannot afford' to let you leave. Your salary is not a gift; it is a transaction.
Strategy
Don't try to be the best. Try to be the only. If you are the only one who does what you do, for the people you do it for, competition becomes irrelevant.
Work & Career
Experience is like milk. It has an expiration date. If you don't refresh it, it sours.
Leadership
If you are afraid to sign your name to your work, the work is not finished. Or you are in the wrong job.
Organizations
If you are the smartest person in the room, you have built a ceiling, not a foundation.
Leverage
If you have to be there for the value to be delivered, you don't have a business; you have a high-paying hobby. Stop 'helping' and start 'building.' Productize yourself or you will always be a slave to the clock.
Entrepreneurship
If your offer is strong, you can sell it on a post-it note. If your offer is weak, gold leaf paper won't save you.
Leadership
Practice doesn't make you perfect; the realization of truth does. Feedback is a tool for self-effectiveness, not a weapon for ego-defense. To lead an ecosystem, you must first be able to lead yourself out of the trap of your own stories. Be impactful, not just senior.
Psychology
What you look for generally shapes what you notice.
Work & Career
Your to-do list is a mirror. If you don't like what you see, don't change the mirror; change your actions. Stop lying to your ledger.
Mindset
Don't look at the scoreboard. Look at the ball. If you play the game right, the score takes care of itself.
