    A proposal can become increasingly polished while its central assumption remains untouched. Everyone understands the presentation.

  2. Talent needs the right conditions

    Talent is not enough by itself. It always appears through conditions.

  3. When a decision is still a bet

    Some decisions are calculations. Others remain bets. The distinction can disappear when a spreadsheet gives an uncertain future a precise number.

  4. Outrage is not resolution

    An outburst may communicate that something matters. It rarely resolves the thing that caused it. Anger can be information.
